Airway: - Alert and cooperative. - No facial hair, neck masses, craniofacial deformities, or micrognathia. - Full, active, painless range of motion in neck flexion, etension, and rotation. - No chipped, loose, or missing teeth. - Mallampati []. No posterior oropharyngeal, lingual, buccal, or labial swelling. - ASA class []. - Last oral intake []. - No history of anesthetic complications. - Tolerates lying flat. - Not in cervical spine precautions.
